0.5 Cup Dry White Wine4 Ounces Parmesan2 Cloves Garlic1 Medium Egg0.5 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs0.5 Cup Italian Parsley2 Teaspoons Fresh Rosemary0.5 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme10 Leaves Fresh Sage1 Tablespoon Fennel Seeds1 Pinch Red Pepper Flakes0.5 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper1.5 Pound Pork Shoulder10 Ounces Pasta1 Tablespoon Olive Oil3 Tablespoons ButterFor sausage in a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except dried pasta, butter, oil and parsley. Mix till well combined
