1 Large Red Onion3 Cloves Garlic2 Pound Boneless Sirloin Steak1 Pound Vension Hunter Sausage12 Ounces American Lager3 Cups Black Beans28 Ounces Tomato Sauce14 Ounces Rotel Tomatoes1.25 Tablespoon Ancho Chili Powder1.25 Tablespoon Chili Powder1.25 Tablespoons Ground Cumin1 Teaspoon Red Chili Flakes1 Teaspoon Cocoa Powder1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt1 Cup Sour Cream1 Cup Cheddar Cheese0.5 Cup ScallionsIn a small Dutch oven, add a small amount of oil and cook onions for about 5 or until softened. Add garlic cloves and cook for another minute.Add meat to the onion & garlic mixture and cook till browned.Raise the heat to medium high, and deglaze the pan with the lager, allow to bubble and boil for 2 or 3 minutes.Add the beans, tomato sauce, and Rotel, and spices to the pan.
