1 Cup Unsalted Butter1 Cup Brown Sugar1 Cup Sugar2 Medium Eggs2 Cups Al- Purpose Flour2.5 Cups Oats12 Ounces Chocolate Chips2.5 Pounds Chocolate Bar1.5 Cups Pecans1 Teaspoon Baking Powder0.5 Teaspoon SaltPreheat the oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease a sheet pan with cooking spray.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine butter & sugars and beat until fluffy. Add the eggs, 1 at a time and beat until combined. In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt & oats. Stir until completely combined. Gradually add flour mixture to egg mixture and blend until just incorporated. Gently fold in the chocolate pieces, chocolate chips and pecans.With a small scoop, form golf ball-sized dough balls and transfer to the prepared cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake until the cookies are flat and lightly browned, about 8 minutes. Cool on a wire cooling rack before serving.
