1 Stick Butter0.75 Cup Sugar1 Egg0.5 Teaspoon Vanilla2 Tablespoons Milk3.5 Ounces Instant Butterscotch Pudding Mix0.75 Cup All Purpose Flour0.5 Teaspoon Baking Soda0.25 Teaspoon Baking Powder30 Caramel Candies1 Sea SaltPreheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment papers. In a bowl, add sugar and butter and beat until creamy. Add milk, egg and vanilla and beat until well combined. In another bowl, mix together flour, pudding mix, baking powder and baking soda. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and mix until just combined. Make 1-inch balls from dough and flatten each ball slightly. Place 1 unwrapped caramel in the center of each flattened ball. Carefully, wrap dough around caramel to cover completely. Arrange dough balls on prepared baking sheets in a single layer and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with additional sea salt and keep onto a wire rack to cool for about 5 minutes. Carefully, invert cookies onto wire racks to cool completely.
