1 Teaspoon Salt0.5 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper1 Large Large Yellow Onion2 Tablespoons Canola Oil1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce4 Pounds Chuck Roast1 Cup Beef Stock12 Ounces Dark Beer6 Hoagie RollsSeason chuck roast with salt and pepper.
