0.5 Pound Italian Sausage0.5 Pound Andouille Sausage2 Tablespoons Olive Oil1 Cup Sweet Onions1 Cup Celery1 Cup Green Bell Pepper2 Cups Rice1 Can Diced Tomatoes With Green Chiles3.5 Cups Beef Broth3 Tablespoons Cajun SeasoningHeat a skillet on medium-high heat. Remove sausage from casing, and cook for about 4-5 minutes or till browned completely. Move the sausage onto a plate and set aside.
In the same skillet, add Andouille sausage and cook for about 4-5 minutes or till browned completely. Move the sausage onto the plate with Italian sausages.
In a large soup pan, heat oil on medium heat. Add onion, celery and bell pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes. Stir in cooked sausages and remaining all ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes.
