6 Tablespoons Butter0.5 Cup Potato Starch1 Teaspoon Salt0.5 Teaspoon Paprika1.5 Cups Milk1.5 Cups Cheddar Cheese6 EggsPreheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.In a large bowl, add egg whites and beat until stiff. Keep aside.In a small pan, melt butter and stir in potato starch, paprika and salt. Slowly, add milk, stirring continuously. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring continuously. Add cheese and stir until melted and well combined. Remove from heat and add egg yolks, one at a time, beating continuously.Transfer cheese mixture to the bowl of whipped egg whites and gently fold. Now, transfer cheese mixture into prepared casserole dish. Bake for about 45 minutes or until top becomes golden brown.
