For an appetizer, I am making a fresh spring roll filled with shrimp, vegetables and savory Thai basil. For the entrée, I am featuring a shortcut Instapot version of Traditional Beef Pho, filled with the complex flavors of a rich homemade bone stock, star anise, cloves and cinnamon and served with tender slices of beef and fresh noodles. For a sweet finish, try my Sweet & Savory Sesame Seed pastries – an Asian inspired deep-fried treat filled with a sweet bean paste. And to wash it all down, I suggest a traditional Vietnamese Iced Coffee, a robust blend of espresso and sweetened condensed milk.
