Warm Beer & Cheddar Dip Recipe | PT25M Serves 8 Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour 0.5 Cup Whole Milk 0.75 Cup High Quality Pale Ale 1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce 0 To Taste Hot Sauce 0.5 Pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese 0.5 Teaspoon Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Slowly, add beer and milk, beating continuously until well combined. Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil. Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard and hot sauce and cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cheese in batches, beating until each batch is melted completely. Stir in salt and pepper and remove from heat.
