1 Large Red Onion2 Cups Hot Water0.25 Cup Red Wine Vinegar1 Small Bunch Fresh Parsley1 Tablespoon Ground Sumac1 Tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil0.125 Teaspoon SaltIn a large bowl, combine the onions and hot water.
