RecipeSavants - Roasted Cauliflower Recipe PT50M Serves 6 Ingredients: 1 Large Cauliflower 0.25 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice 1 Tablespoon Garlic 0 To Taste Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper 0.25 Cup Cheddar Cheese 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese 0 To Taste Chive Preheat the oven to 350°F. Boil cauliflower florets in a large pot for about 5 minutes. Drain well and transfer to a baking dish. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and black pepper and roast for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and stir well. Sprinkle with both cheeses and bake for about 10 minutes more.
