Cheesy AsparagusPT30M Serves 4 Ingredients: 1 Pound Asparagus 1 Cup Water 0.25 Cup Parmesan Cheese 1 Tablespoon Butter 0.25 Teaspoon Garlic Salt 0.25 Teaspoon Black Pepper In a large wide pan, place asparagus on high heat. Add enough water to cover asparagus and cook for about 4-6 minutes, shaking the pan once in middle way. Drain water from pan completely, keeping asparagus inside. Now, reduce heat to medium. Add 2 tablespoons of cheese, butter and garlic and sauté for about 1-3 minutes or until cheese becomes gooey. Season with black pepper and remove from heat. Serve immediately with sprinkling of remaining cheese.
