Lamb Meatballs With HarissaPT25M Serves 6 Ingredients: 1 Pound Boneless Lamb 0.66 Cup Couscous 1 Small Onion 2 Medium Dates 0.5 Cup Fresh Cilantro 3 Tablespoons Pine Nuts 0.5 Teaspoon Allspice 0 To Taste Salt 1 Tablespoon Harissa 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil In a large bowl, add all ingredients except oil and mix till well combined. Make about 1½-inch sized meatballs from mixture. In a cast-iron skillet, heat oil on medium heat. Add meatballs, and cook for about 9 minutes, flipping occasionally. Garnish with cilantro and serve alongside Harissa.
