Beef & Pork Hot Chili Recipe | PT2H50M Serves 2 Ingredients: 1 Pound Lean Ground Pork 2.5 Pound Lean Ground Beef 1 Cup Onion 1 Can Beer 4 Cloves Garlic 8 Ounces Tomato Sauce 1 Cup Water 2 Tablespoons Cumin 3 Tablespoons Chili Powder 2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano 2 Tablespoons Beef-Flavor Instant Bouillon 2 Teaspoons Sugar 2 Teaspoons Paprika 1 Teaspoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 0.5 Teaspoon Hot Sauce 0.5 Teaspoon Ground Coriander 1 Teaspoon Flour 1 Teaspoon Cornmeal 1 Tablespoon Warm Water Brown meat in a large Dutch oven. Remove meat into a plate and discard fats except 2 tablespoons. Sauté onion and garlic in meat fat until translucent. Stir in remaining ingredients along with sautéed meat except cornmeal, flour and warm water. Stir well and bring to a boil. Now simmer covered on low for about 2 hours. Mix together 1 tablespoon warm water, cornmeal and flour until well combined. Stir flour mixture into the meat mixture and cook 20 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
