Meanwhile in the bowl of an electric mixer, fitted with the flat beater, beat together 3 cups of confectioners' sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 2¼ Tablespoons of milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/8 teaspoon salt on low speed till well combined. Now, beat on medium speed till fluffy.
