1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk0.125 Teaspoon Salt1.5 Cups Whole Milk1 Can Evaporated Milk2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon JuiceIn a bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, condensed milk, whole milk, salt, and sugar. Refrigerate to completely chill for about 2 hours. In a food processor, process strawberries with lemon juice and fresh basil until finely chopped. Add chopped strawberry mixture to the chilled milk mixture. Now pour the whole mixture into a 1-quart freezer container of electric ice cream maker and then freeze following manufacturer’s directions.Remove container from ice cream maker and freeze for about 30 minutes. Freeze in a loaf pan sealed with aluminum foil for about 3-4 hours.
