Baked OatmealPT1H Serves 6 Ingredients: 1.5 Cups Unsweetened Applesauce 0.5 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Large Egg 0.5 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract 0.25 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 0.25 Teaspoon Nutmeg 0.5 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1.5 Cups Milk 2 Tablespoons Butter 3 Cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 0.5 Cup Raisins Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Whisk apple sauce, brown sugar, egg, cinnamon, melted butter, salt, vanilla, nutmeg and baking powder in a large bowl. Once whisked well, add in milk and whisk again until completely smooth. Add rolled oats and raisins and stir to just combine. Coat a 9x9 inch baking sheet with cooking spray and pour the mixture over the dish. Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes. Serve hot or cold
