Pork Tenderloin In A Soy Brown Sugar MarinadePT1H10M Serves 4 Ingredients: 1 Cup Light Soy Sauce 0.4 Cloves Garlic 1 Cup Brown Sugar 0.5 Cup Dijon Mustard 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce 0.5 Teaspoon Ginger 0.5 Cup Olive Oil 2 Pork Tenderloins Place all ingredients in a zip-lock plastic bag except pork. Shake well to combine the ingredients. Then add pork to the bag and shake to coat pork well with marinade. Refrigerate the bag for 4 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Empty plastic bag over a baking dish and bake until pork is no longer pink, for about 30 to 45 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and then slice and serve topped with cooked marinade juices.
