Ingredients:
2 Ounces Dubliner Cheese2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream0 To Taste Salt & Pepper1 Tablespoon ButterPut cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl with cream and butter and microwave for 6 minutes on high.
Coat cauliflower with cream mixture and microwave for another six minutes. Allow the mixture to rest for a few minutes to cool.
Process cauliflower mixture in a high speed blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
