In a large nonstick skillet, heat ½ tablespoon of oil on medium heat and cook the steaks for about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer the steak to a cutting board and loosely cover with aluminum foil and keep aside for at least 5 minutes. With a sharp knife, cut the steaks into desired slices.
