Microwave Party CookiesPT17M Serves 12 Ingredients: 10 Ounces Milk Chocolate Or Semi-Sweet Chocolate 20 Teaspoons Nutella 20 Medium Pretzels 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream 0 To Taste Flaked Vanilla Sea Salt Line a baking sheet with silpat or wax paper. Microwave 8 ounces of chopped chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Spoon 1 tablespoonfuls of melted chocolate over the lined baking sheet 2 inches apart. Repeat until whole melted chocolate is gone and you get around 20 dollops of chocolate. Next, press each pretzel into each of the chocolate circle. Freeze the baking sheet for 10 to 15 minutes. Melt caramel with coconut milk or heavy cream the same way you microwaved chocolate until smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes before adding to cookies. Now spread about 2 teaspoons of Nutella on each pretzel and insert 2 pecan in the center of Nutella. After that, top each cookie with melted caramel to cover most of the pecans. Melt remaining 2 ounces chocolate in microwave and drizzle cookies with melted chocolate. Sprinkle with flaked sea salt and freeze for about 10 minutes or until completely set. Serve cold.
