Grilled Steak With Homemade Chimichurri Sauce Recipe | RecipeSavants.com PT45M Serves 4 Ingredients: 0.75 Pound Green Beans 2 Cups Grape Tomatoes 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 0.5 Teaspoon Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper 4 NY Strip Steaks 1 Large Garlic Clove 1 Tablespoon Red-Wine Vinegar 0.25 Cup Fresh Italian Parsley 1 Tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon Water 0.125 Teaspoon Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper Preheat the grill to medium. Meanwhile, season the steaks with salt and pepper. In a large bowl combine tomato halves, green beans 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper and mix to combine. Wrap green bean mixture in aluminum foil in a tight bundle. Arrange a small cookie tray on side of the grill, and place the green bean bundle on the tray and cook for 15 minutes. Sear the steaks on the free side of the grill for 5 minutes per side, all the steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving. To make the chimichurri sauce, combine the garlic, red wine vinegar, parsley, olive oil and water in a the bowl of a food processor, and pulse until a smooth sauce is formed. Season with salt & black pepper. To serve, slice the steaks against the grain and dollop a healthy amount of the chimichurri on top, and serve with the steamed green beans.
