Honeyed Whole Wheat BreadPT1H15M Serves 12 Ingredients: 0.25 Cup Warm Water 2 Tablespoons Active Dry Yeast 6 Tablespoons Honey 3 Tablespoons Oil 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt 0.75 Cup Warm Water 6 Cups Stone-Ground Whole Wheat Flour Place ¼ cup warm water in a cup and add yeast. Let stand for about 5 minutes to dissolve the yeast. Combine remaining water with oil, salt and honey in a small bowl and add yeast mixture into it. Stir in flour, mix with your hands and knead for about 10 minutes. Add more water if dough is too hard to knead. Cover and leave to rise for about 1 hour and 45 minutes at room temperature. After that, punch down the dough and leave to rise again for about 1 hour or until it doubles. Punch down again and leave to rise third time until the dough doubles. Divide the dough into halves. Shape into loaves and leave to rise until the loaves double. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake until done or for 45 minutes.
