Pork ChiliPT55M Serves 8 Ingredients: 1.5 Pounds Pork Tenderloin 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil 10 Cloves Garlic 1.5 Teaspoons Cumin 0.5 Teaspoon Salt 0.5 Teaspoon Oregano 1.75 Cups Picante Sauce 2 Cups Onion 1 Can Kidney Beans 1 Can Black Beans 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder Heat oil in a large sauté pan or dutch oven. Sauté pork, garlic and onion for 8 to 10 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Sprinkle cumin, chili powder, salt and oregano and stir to coat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and let cook for 20 minutes or until vegetables and meat are tender. Serve with your favorite toppings.
