Flan Recipe | PT1H20M Serves 8 Ingredients: 0.5 Cup Sugar 14 Ounces Condensed Milk 3 Medium Eggs 12 Ounces Evaporated Milk Preheat you oven to 350 degrees F. Melt sugar in a medium saucepan until just melted and golden in color. Remove from heat right away and pour in a 1.5 quart metal pan. Cream together eggs, evaporated milk and condensed milk. Now pour the creamy mixture over melted sugar and place the pan in another shallow pan filled with water. Place into the oven along with water pan and bake for about 1 hour. After baking, let cool completely and then refrigerate until chilled. Once chilled, cover the pan with a plate and turn over to serve it upside down.
