Middle Eastern Meatballs With TahiniPT32M Serves 4 Ingredients: 1 Pound Ground Beef 0.25 Cup Onion 3 Cloves Garlic 0.25 Cup Fresh Parsley 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt 1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander 0.5 Teaspoon Ground Allspice 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 0.25 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper 0.25 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper 0 To Taste Tahini Sauce Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except tahini, until well combined. Form 24 balls out of the mixture. Place balls over an ungreased cookie sheet 1 inch apart and press to flatten a little. Bake until center is done or for about 15 minutes. Broil until charred or for 2 minutes. Serve with tahini.
