Beef With Soy & Ginger Sauce Recipe | PT25M Serves 4 Ingredients: 1.33 Pounds Beef Steak 2 Cloves Garlic 1 Tablespoon Flour 1 Teaspoon Ginger 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil 2 Medium Onions 2 Tablespoons Shao Hsing Wine 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Broth 2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce 1 Pinch Sugar Lightly coak steak all over with flour. Mix together wine, broth, soy, oyster sauce and pinch of sugar in a small bowl. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat and sauté onion until tender and brown. Set aside. In the same wok sear beef until cooked through. Stir in ginger and garlic along with soy mix and toss. Add back onions too, stir and serve.
