Milk Roasted ChickenPT1H50M Serves 4 Ingredients: 3 Pounds Chicken Thighs 8 Tablespoons Butter 0.5 Cinnamon Stick 0.25 Cup Fresh Sage Leaves 2 Lemons 6 Cloves Garlic 1 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season whole chicken with salt and pepper generously. Melt butter in a cast iron pan and cook chicken till browned from all sides. Transfer chicken onto a plate and discard butter from pan. Return chicken in the pan alongside remaining ingredients. Bake for about 1 1/2 hours, basting with cooking juices occasionally. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
