1 Pound Lean Ground Beef0.5 Teaspoon Onion Powder2 Cans Chicken And Rice Soup2 Cups Water0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Powder0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup2 Cups White RiceHeat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and brown beef in it. Season with ¼ teaspoon each; onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper. Then add in cream of mushroom soup, chicken and rice soup, water and rice.
Bring the mixture to a boil, cover and turn the heat off. Let simmer on stovetop for about 2 minutes. Then remove from stovetop and keep covered to cook 5 minutes more. Serve topped with soy sauce.
