Set aside to completely cool. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine nuts and cinnamon. On the bottom of a sheet pan, layer one sheet of phyllo at a time while brushing each one with oil. Sprinkle the top of the 8th sheet with nut mixture.
