15 Ounces Canned Blueberries1 Tablespoon Cornstarch0.5 Cup Corn Syrup0.5 Teaspoon Lemon Juice1 Pinch Salt1 Pinch Ground CinnamonDrain blueberries, reserving juice in a bowl. In a pan, mix together corn syrup, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt and reserved blueberry juice over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Boil for about 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Add blueberries and cook till heated completely. Remove from heat and keep aside to cool slightly. Serve warm.
