Ingredients:
1 Cuban Bread Loaf0.25 Cup Yellow Mustard1 Pound Cooked Ham1 Pound Roasted Pork0.5 Pound Swiss Cheese6 Dill Pickles2 Tablespoons ButterCut bread loaf into quarters and cut each quarter in half horizontally for the sandwiches. Spread the mustard over bread evenly. Place roasted pork over bread, followed by ham, cheese and dill pickles.Grease a griddle with a little butter and heat over medium heat. Place one sandwich in the griddle. Flatten the sandwich by pressing it down with a clean, heavy skillet on its top until the sandwich is about 1/3 of its original size. Place the skillet on top of the sandwich and cook for about 1-2 minutes. Flip the sandwich and place skillet on top again. Cook for about 1-2 minutes. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and serve.
