Sweet Cornbread Recipe | RecipeSavants.com PT50M Serves 12 Ingredients: 1.5 Cups All-Purpose Flour 0.66 Cup Granulated Sugar 0.5 Cup Yellow Corn Meal 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder 0.5 Teaspoon Salt 1.25 Cups Milk 2 Large Eggs 0.33 Cup Vegetable Oil 3 Tablespoons Butter Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish. In a bowl, mix together flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, add butter, eggs, milk and vegetable oil and beat till well combined. Add egg mixture to flour mixture and mix until just combined. Place mixture into prepared baking dish evenly. Bake for about 35 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
