Keep aside for about 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of cold water and salt and stir to combine. Slowly, add flour, 1 cup at a time and mix until a dough is formed. Place dough round onto the floured peel. Arrange mozzarella slices over crust and sprinkle with a liberal amount of black pepper and dried oregano. Arrange tomatoes over crust, leaving some empty space. Drizzle with oil evenly. shake the pizza peel back and forth to make sure the dough doesn't stick to the peel and easily releases. Place the peel at the back of the preheated stone, and carefully remove peel to release pizza on the stone. Bake for about 4-6 minutes. Carefully, slide the peel beneath the baked pizza to remove it from the stone. Sprinkle with basil leaves and cut into wedges. Serve immediately.
