Garlic Mashed PotatoesPT6M Serves 4 Ingredients: 0.25 Cup Grated Parmesan 1 Tablespoon Cream Cheese 0.5 Teaspoon Garlic 0.125 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper 0.125 Teaspoon Chicken Bullion 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter 0.5 Teaspoon Chives Fill a stockpot with water and bring to a boil over high. Cook cauliflower in water until lightly tender but still crunchy, for about 6 minutes. Drain. Place cauliflower between several layers of paper towel and pat dry without letting it cool. Puree hot cauliflower in an immersion blender with cream cheese, garlic, parmesan, pepper and chicken bullion. Sprinkle with chives and serve warm with butter.
