Asian Salt & Pepper PorkPT25M Serves 4 Ingredients: 2 Teaspoons Five Spice Powder 2 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce 2 Teaspoons Sea Salt & Black Peppercorns 2 Tablespoons Dry Sherry 4 Large Garlic Cloves 0.25 Teaspoon Dried Chili Flakes 2 Tablespoons Rice Flour 2 Pounds Pork Shoulder 1 Pint Peanut Oil In a large bowl, add pork, rice flour, sherry and soy sauce and mix until well combined. Set aside for about 20 minutes. In a wok, heat oil and fry pork for about five to six minutes or until golden. Transfer the pork to a bowl. Remove oil from wok, reserving about 2 tablespoons. In the same wok, add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and sauté for about 30 seconds. Stir in cooked pork and cook for about a couple of minutes, stirring continuously.
