Greek Cucumber SaladPT10M Serves 4 Ingredients: 1 Cucumber 0.33 Cup Kalamata Olives 0.33 Medium Red Onion 2 Teaspoon Fresh Dill 2 Teaspoon Olive Oil 3 Teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar 0.125 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper In a mixing bowl, mix the cucumber, onion, olives and dill. Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix again. Let the salad marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
