2 Tablespoons Chipotle Pepper Sauce Hot Sauce1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil1 Medium Yellow Onion2 Cloves Garlic1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin1 Pound Ground Turkey1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper0.25 Cup Fresh Cilantro8 Small Flour TortillasHeat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and saute the diced onions, ground cumin, minced garlic and chili powder for 5 minutes, or until the onions are softened. Meanwhile, combine tomato paste, the hot sauce and 2 tablespoons of water and stir to form a thin sauce. Stir in the ground turkey, salt & pepper to the spiced onion mixture, and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the turkey is completely browned. Pour the tomato and hot sauce mixture over the meat and continue to saute for another 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Check and adjust the seasoning as needed. Spoon the ground turkey into the warmed tortillas and garnish with the cilantro. Top with fresh salsa, onions, and crumbeled fresco queso if desired.
