Let mixture stand for 10 minutes or until foamy. In another large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add flour mixture to the yeast mixture and stir well to form a dough. Transfer the dough to a lighlty greasd bowl, and cover with a tea towel and let the dough rise 1 hour. Punch the dough down, knead 4-5 times and divide into 20 small dough balls.
