Carrot Kugel Recipe | PT1H35M Serves 6 Ingredients: 1 Cup Carrots 0.25 Cup Honey 0.5 Teaspoon Nutmeg 0.5 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon Orange Rind 3 Medium Eggs 0.25 Cup Blanched Almond Flour Steam carrots until soft, about 20 minutes Puree carrots, honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, orange rind, eggs, and almond flour until well blended Pour mixture in a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour. You should see some browning around the edges and the middle is done. You can serve them warm or refrigerate and serve cold.
