2 Cups Feta Cheese6 Tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt2 Large Eggs2 Sticks Butter16 Sheets Frozen Filo Dough0.25 Tablespoon Kosher Salt1 ChivesPreheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.In a large bowl, add feta, yogurt and eggs and beat until smooth.Gently, fold 1 filo dough sheet in half (approximately 12X8-inch). With a pastry brush, lightly brush the dough with melted butter.Place a 1/2-inch-wide strip of filling along the shortest edge of the dough, about ¼-inch away from the edge. First, fold the bottom edge of the dough and then fold the sides. Roll the dough tightly like a jelly roll and brush with melted butter.Repeat with remaining 15 dough sheets. Arrange the rolls on prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each other. Sprinkle with kosher salt and chives.Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
