Arugula, Pear, & Bleu Cheese Salad With Warm VinaigrettePT20M Serves 2 Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard 0.5 Teaspoon Honey 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil 0.25 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper 4 Cups Arugula 1 Barely Ripe Pear 0.33 Cup Soft Blue Cheese In a small pan, combine vinegar, honey and mustard over low heat. Slowly, add olive oil, beating continuously until well combined. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat. Divide arugula, pear and blue cheese onto serving plates evenly. Drizzle with warm vinaigrette and serve immediately.
