In a Dutch oven, brown the ground sausage for about 10 minutes. Set the sausage aside, reserving the rendered grease. Meanwhile, combine 1 cup of the milk of 4 eggs and whisk to combine, and set aside. Combine 2 cups of the milk and 2 cups of water to the Dutch oven and bring to a boil.
