Mushroom And Swiss Macaroni & Cheese Recipe | PT55M Serves 4 Ingredients: 3 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour 1.5 Cups Whole Milk 3 Tablespoons Butter 8 Ounces Swiss Cheese 8 Ounces Baby Portabella Mushrooms 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg 0.5 Teaspoon Granulated Garlic 8 Ounces Pasta Cook pasta till just al dente, follow the instructions on the box. While cooking the pasta, preheat your oven to 375°. In a large skillet add olive oil and sauté the mushrooms till they are softened, about 5 or 6 minutes. While sauteing the mushrooms heat the milk in a small sauce pan, till very warm. In another sauce pan, combine butter and flour stirring frequently till a thick paste is formed. Combine flour mixture with warm milk, mushrooms and seasonings stirring frequently. After the sauce has thickened add the Swiss cheese and cook for just a few minutes longer till the cheese is fully incorporated into the sauce. Combine pasta and sauce mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into 8 x 8 baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
