JambalayaPT1H Serves 8 Ingredients: 0.5 Pound Italian Sausage 0.5 Pound Andouille Sausage 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1 Cup Sweet Onions 1 Cup Celery 1 Cup Green Bell Pepper 2 Cups Rice 1 Can Diced Tomatoes With Green Chiles 3.5 Cups Beef Broth 3 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. Remove sausage from casing, and cook for about 4-5 minutes or till browned completely. Move the sausage onto a plate and set aside. In the same skillet, add Andouille sausage and cook for about 4-5 minutes or till browned completely. Move the sausage onto the plate with Italian sausages. In a large soup pan, heat oil on medium heat. Add onion, celery and bell pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes. Stir in cooked sausages and remaining all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes.
