1 Pound Green Beans1 Onion2 Cloves Garlic4 Tablespoons Olive Oil2 Tomatoes1 Teaspoon Sugar0.5 Lemon2 Teaspoons Salt1 Bunch Dill0.25 Cup Parmesan CheeseCarefully, split down the green beans.In the bottom of a large pan, place 1 layer of onion, garlic and tomato in a layer and top with a layer of green beans. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used. Top with ½ pint of water, olive oil, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Place pan over medium heat and cook for about 40-45 minutes. Remove from heat and keep aside to cool. After cooling, stir in dill. With tongs, transfer beans mixture onto a plate and serve. Garnish with Parmasean cheese.
