Bacon Jalapeno Infused Vodka Recipe | PT10M Serves 2 Ingredients: 2 Cups Vodka 0.2 Teaspoon Jalapeno 4 Slices Smoked Bacon Add 4 cooked slices of bacon and jalapeno to a jar with seal-tight lid. Then pour in vodka. Cover tightly with lid and let sit in a cool and dark place for 24 hours (do not refrigerate). Next day, sieve vodka mixture into a clean container and refrigerate for 24 hours (discard bacon and jalapeno). After 24 hours, remove any excess fat on top of the vodka with a spoon.
