In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute beef and onion until browned, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain grease from skillet. Add sour cream, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano, taco seasoning and black pepper and stir until cheese is melted.
