These yummy sticks are a great meat-free alternative to traditional chicken fingers. Just coat sticks of tofu in a combination of Panko, sage, and chili powder for just the right blend of seasonings before you bake them for 40 minutes. These sticks can be made well in advance and frozen until you're ready to bake them.
