Dinner Rolls Recipe | RecipeSavants.com PT30M Serves 12 Ingredients: 1 Cup Warm Water 2 Tablespoons Active Dry Yeast 0.33 Cup Oil 0.25 Cup Sugar 3.5 Cups All-Purpose Flour 0.5 Teaspoon Salt 1 Medium Egg Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a 9x13 baking sheet with cooking spray. Combine warm water, yeast, sugar and oil in a medium bowl. Let rest for about 15 minutes. Whisk 2 cups of flour into the yeast mixer using an electric beater. Add in salt and egg then gradually add remaining flour, half a cup at a time. Shape dough into 12 equal sized balls and place over the baking sheet. Leave to rise for about 10 minutes. Bake until tops are nicely browned, about 10 minutes.
